Danmar Computers (Poland)
Danmar Computers LLC is a private company operating in the field of Information Technology and providing vocational training in this field. Danmar has extensive experience in developing modern Web and mobile applications that are used for educational purposes. Danmar also has long-term experience of carrying out European projects within which the company’s R&D staff conducts research and prepares training tailored to the needs of various learners. During 22 years, Danmar has successfully implemented over 100 projects within Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci, Progress and Erasmus+. In many of these projects, Danmar was responsible for designing and coordinating dissemination strategies.
Danmar Computers is the developer and provider of AdminProject, the online system for the management of European projects. All activities of the company are based on wide and well-established cooperation network, both on national and international levels. The national networks include training and counselling institutions, universities, schools, non-governmental organizations as well as private sector companies. International networks include partners of various profiles coming from every European Union’s country. FOKU AS (earlier Priosvest AS; Norway)
FOKU is an adult training company in Molde, Western Norway that offers lifelong learning courses. Our main activity is to support adults with easy access to work, courses, and training. We also provide career counseling, which is based on close follow-up and tailored solutions for each participant.
Our social responsibility entails making education accessible and attainable, whether in the form of a small group course or a certificate course. For some, it is about gaining enough basic knowledge to pursue further education, which we can help with. We work closely with the work-life in our region, offering basic skills training, kompetanse plus courses, as well as different soft skills training. In addition, tailored training within business, economy, and ICT are also offered. In collaboration with migrant units in municipalities, we implement tailored training for refugees/immigrants, having integration and inclusion in mind. Such trainings normally cover Norwegian language courses, working life topics, digital literacy, Norwegian cultures, laws, and financial literacy.
We also have a presence in international projects- in the Erasmus+ consortium, both as coordinator and partner, and Iceland Liechtenstein Norway Grants. The projects have a wide range of content from gender-based issues, media literacy, Women’s leadership, VET upskilling in healthcare, Financial literacy for women immigrants, STEAM education for Autistics children, and e-STEAMSEL school projects with the means to develop better education by combining multiple subjects and thereby elevating the learning situation by giving a better overview.
